"Some people just can't handle Vegas." And now, I'm one of them. I spent the long 4th of July holiday in Las Vegas with friends and it was fun, but the terrible drive, long nights, insane heat and limited sleep made this trip one of my last excursions to Sin City.
If I go in the future, it will be for relaxing dinners, a little Black Jack, Cirque shows and maybe a round of golf at the Wynn. ;)

In conclusion to my past Vegas posts, I wanted to wrap up my tips in case you're planning a trip soon.
My #1 TIP if you're going this summer is please stay hydrated (with water) at the pool parties.

I really want to go to Vegas but I don't think that's possible until I get a full time job and I'm out on my own. But I am taking a fun trip this summer to Indiana. My family's from there and I find it so refreshing to be around farms and small town folk. Everyone's so nice and time is so slow.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cute post. I think you should give Vegas another try but with all girls. It is so much fun. And yes, definitely not in summer months, were you crazy!? I have done many Vegas trips majority all girls and some as a date and some with other couples. Your ratio was a bit off so it was probably weird.
ReplyDeleteAnother tip I would add to yours is if you go all girls you can pretty much go in front of all club lines and ask the bouncers to get in. They always want a better girl to guy ratio and known to let all dressed up girl groups in before the line! If you have even one guy in your group though they won't. I can't stand waiting in lines so I have used this tactic many times.

On my last strip to Vegas I had a really great time but I will agree that it completely drains you! When I got back, I was sick for a few days and I almost never get sick! Still, it was fun, I would do it again :D

ReplyDeleteI HAD to comment here! Number one, you are BEAUTIFUL, number two. Vegas is jsut an adults playground, my favorite place ever. And the Wynn is by far my most favorite place to stay. Did you eat at the pizza place there? AMAZING! Cirque shows are amazing. We saw that one at the Wynn and also O at Bellagio is a MUST SEE. Gosh these pictures bring back memories!!
